General Xbox Troubleshooting

If you’re experiencing an issue with Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time on your Xbox One, we recommend starting with some basic troubleshooting steps:

Restart the game:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller
2. Highlight Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time and select Quit
3. Relaunch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time

Double check that your Xbox is up to date:

1. Press the Xbox button
2. Navigate to Settings
3. Select the Systems tab
4. Navigate to Updates and Downloads
5. Download any available updates

Power cycle your console:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds
2. Press the Xbox button on your controller 
3. Relaunch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time

Launch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time using a different profile

1. Press the Xbox button
2. Navigate to Profile and System then select Add or Switch
3. Select or create a different profile
4. Launch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time under the new profile
5. If successful, close out of Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time and attempt to relaunch it using the original profile.

Launch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time while offline:

Disconnect your Xbox One from the internet and relaunch the game

1. If you're using a wired connection, unplug the ethernet cable
2. if you're connected via wifi
   1. Navigate to Settings
   2. Select Network
   3. Select Go Offline
3. Now try launching Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time
