If you’re experiencing an issue with Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time on your Xbox One, we recommend starting with some basic troubleshooting steps:
Restart the game:
- Press the Xbox button on your controller
- Highlight Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time and select Quit
- Relaunch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time
Double check that your Xbox is up to date:
- Press the Xbox button
- Navigate to Settings
- Select the Systems tab
- Navigate to Updates and Downloads
- Download any available updates
Power cycle your console:
- Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds
- Press the Xbox button on your controller
- Relaunch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time
Launch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time using a different profile
- Press the Xbox button
- Navigate to Profile and System then select Add or Switch
- Select or create a different profile
- Launch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time under the new profile
- If successful, close out of Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time and attempt to relaunch it using the original profile.
Launch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time while offline:
Disconnect your Xbox One from the internet and relaunch the game
- If you're using a wired connection, unplug the ethernet cable
- if you're connected via wifi
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Network
- Select Go Offline
- Now try launching Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time
