General PS4 Troubleshooting

If you’re experiencing an issue with Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time on your PS4, we recommend starting with some basic troubleshooting steps:

Restart the game

1. Press the PS button on your controller
2. Select Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time and press Options
3. Select Close Application 
4. Select Yes and confirm
5. Relaunch Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time

Double check your PS4 is up to date

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Select System Software Update
3. Select Update Now

Restart your PS4

1. Press and hold the PS button
2. Select Turn off PS4
3. Wait for the console to fully power down, then unplug the power cable and wait 10 seconds
4. Plug the cable back in
5. Turn on your PS4 by pressing the PS button

Uninstall and reinstall Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time

1. Navigate to the library on your PS4
2. Locate Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time
3. Press Options
4. Select Delete and confirm 
5. Re-download Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time

Restore Licenses 

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Select Account Management
3. Select Restore Licenses
