We can restore any lost item purchases if you can provide a screenshot of the Order ID (found on the order details in your purchase history) and the multiplayer account on your device.
PLEASE NOTE: Purchase restorations are not applicable if a purchase is a year or older due to the date of purchase. Purchases can only be restored to multiplayer accounts.
Here is how to find the Order ID:
- Go to Settings
- Open your Apple ID from the Settings Menu
- Open Locate Media & Purchases, then select View Account
- Select purchase history
- Locate the purchase you would like restored to your account
- Email us atsupport@adultswimgames.zendesk.com with your Order ID, purchase information and multiplayer username
